After our trip to Charleston for my best friend’s wedding (more on this soon!), we visited Kiawah Island for the first time & it was a blast. I’m not sure what I expected, but I absolutely loved how quiet and remote it felt. If you love golf, the spa, the beach, or just relaxing, you’ll definitely want to spend 3 days in Kiawah Island… at the very least.

We spent most of our time out on the beach, but I do have a few recommendations for you!
-Wild Olive: We visited Wild Olive when Avery was four weeks old and it was amazing, so we knew that we had to take Ian’s parents back with us again. As always, it was amazing. Fresh food, creative flavors, and just all-around a really good meal. Highly recommend!

-Jasmine Porch: My favorite find on the trip because the lunch (and breakfast, too) was SO dang good. Everything tasted fresh and I was just really happy with both meals that I ordered there. The grounds are beautiful, too, so make sure you check it out!

-Cantina 76: Located in Freshfields Village, Cantina 76 wasn’t my favorite place ever, but it was a good casual dinner and TBH, I could not stop eating the cheese dip! If you want a casual meal and have a craving for Mexican, head that way.

3 days in Kiawah Island wasn’t enough for us, but we sure had a blast and made the most of those beach days. There is something for everyone! Good food, amazing golf, spas, a water park, a playground, fishing opportunities, an art studio for kids, etc. etc. etc. I highly recommend visiting and I cannot wait to go back one day.
