This compound butter recipe is the best of the best! The day after our five course meal for Ian and Ky’s birthdays, we went over to Ian’s parents house to celebrate with them. We brought the leftover compound butter with us, and this tomato basil recipe was the winner! Everyone loved it & it quickly emptied out of the bowl. This butter is not only good on bread, but would be good on top of pasta, or really anything else you put it on. It has so much flavor packed into one tiny bowl. You will not be disappointed with this recipe!
