I know what you are thinking. BROWN?! Who makes Brown Smoothies?! The answer to your question is Yes, Brown – I make them, and they are fabulous! Don’t worry about the color. Green Smoothies might be “in”, but the color doesn’t make this any less tasty. They are still healthy and you get fruit and vegetables in each cup! Without further ado, here is the recipe I used (sorry for the lack of pictures):
I really just estimated my measurements, so use as much, or as little as you want. Just make sure you have enough liquid to evenly blend the smoothie!
Small handful of carrots
1/2c Almond Milk
1/2c Orange Juice
1 container of vanilla greek yogurt
1/2c frozen raspberries
Put all of your ingredients in your blender and blend! Tada!!! Super easy, fast and healthy. Don’t forget, you can add whatever else you want! Protein, flax seed, etc. Experiment with it to make it your own 🙂
